Free immunizations offered

SET Family Medical Clinics and The Colorado Trust are working together to improve access to healthcare for children. With the help of The Colorado Trust funding SET hosts free immunization clinics 8 times a year. The clinics are for children ages 4 - 18 that are uninsured, medicaid eligible, American Indian or Alaskan Native.

The next free Immunization Clinic will be held Thursday, May 20, 2010 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at SET Family Medical Clinic 825 East Pikes Peak Ave, Bldg. 29 80903. The clinics are by appointment only by calling 719-776-8850 to reserve your slot. Patients must bring their Immunization records to the appointment.

The Colorado Trust supports efforts to increase outreach and enrollment to ensure that all eligible children and youth are continuously enrolled in public insurance programs.
