Free immunization clinic in Colorado Springs

Are your kids up-to-date on their shots? SET Family Medical Clinics is offering free immunizations this Thursday, August 19, 4:30 - 6:30 pm.
The clinic will offer immunizations for children ages 4 - 18 that are uninsured, Medicaid eligible, American Indian or Alaskan Native.
SET Family Medical Clinics is located at 825 East Pikes Peak Avenue, Building 29, Colorado Springs.
SET received a grant from The Colorado Trust to pay for the immunizations.
The immunizations are by appointment only. Call 719-776-8850 to make an appointment.
