If you've attended an Air Force football game, you've seen an amazing display of falconry. Cadets put their mascot through flight demonstrations. But have you ever noticed falcons in the wild?
Falcons will be the featured bird of prey at this Sunday's lecture and training session at Cheyenne Mountain State Park in Colorado Springs. You'll learn visual and behavioral clues to identify falcons.
The free session will take place in the Visitor Center, beginning at 1:30. It's intended for family members 12 and older.
Reservations are recommended. Call 719-576-2016.
