Free Black History performance in Pueblo

Angus Agustus Burleigh was an ex-slave, soldier and scholar who went on to become an acclaimed black educator and minister. His life will be portrayed by Hasan Davis this Friday at the Rawlins Public Library in Pueblo as part of Black History Month.

Hors d'oeuvres will be served at 6:30 pm, followed by the free performance.

Davis is a noted scholar and storyteller.
