Opponents of oil and gas drilling inside Colorado Springs city limits held a final rally on the steps of City Hall Tuesday prior to the City Council's historic vote on whether or not to allow fracking in the city. Opponents cite potential environmental consequences as their primary objection. Proponents cite the economic benefits of being able to harvest energy resources locally. Today's City Council meeting begins at 1:00 at City Hall.
