DENVER (AP) - John Fox finally has arrived in Denver to interview with the Broncos about their head coaching vacancy after wintry weather delayed his flights three times in two days.

Sporting a new orange tie, Fox headed to Dove Valley on Wednesday to meet with John Elway, who is leading the team's second head coaching search in two seasons.

Fox will be the fifth candidate interviewed to replace Josh McDaniels, who was fired Dec. 6. Broncos interim head coach Eric Studesville and Giants defensive coordinator Perry Fewell each met with the Broncos on Sunday, and offensive coordinators Rick Dennison of Houston and Dirk Koetter of Jacksonville interviewed Tuesday.

Fox spent the last nine seasons as coach of the Carolina Panthers, who didn't renew his contract following an NFL-worst 2-14 season.
