Fountain Blvd has reopened east of Academy

Fountain Blvd has reopened east of Academy. The road was closed for much of the afternoon following an accident where a recycling truck rolled over a car.
Two people were taken to the hospital with injuries.
Much of the afternoon after the accident was spent cleaning up the debris from the recycling truck.
