Former school board member pleads guilty to sexual assault on a child

Stefanie Dickinson, the former Ellicott School Board member accused of sexual contact with teen boys, pleaded guilty to sexual assault on a minor Wednesday morning.
Dickinson agreed to serve a minimum of ten years to life on probation and is not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 18 until her sentencing on October 24th. However, she will be allowed to talk to her children on the phone.
As part of the plea agreement, the "sexting" charges with a different minor will be dismissed.
