DENVER (AP) - A former private Christian school principal facing child pornography charges has been released on bond.
News 5's Denver partner KUSA-TV reports Daniel Ivan Ashby must stay at his parents' house and no one in the home is allowed to have a computer or Internet access.
Ashby, who resigned from Community Christian School in Northglenn on Dec. 6, has been charged with distributing and possessing child pornography.
Court records say the investigation began Oct. 17 when an FBI agent discovered an Internet user thought to be sharing child pornography. Investigators say they traced the computer's IP address to Ashby's home and to the church that operates the school.
