Jennifer Sprague, the former Harrison School District 2 spokesperson who left D-2 last year to become communications chief for the Dallas Independent School District, has resigned her position after just one semester on the job. The resignation was effective Thursday. Sprague was hired by former D-2 Superintendent Mike Miles when he accepted the same position at DISD. Sprague's $185,000 salary -- roughly $100,000 more than she earned at D-2 -- came under intense media scrutiny in Dallas.
