Foreclosures down across the US

The national foreclosure picture is looking better.

A new report out by RealtyTrac this morning shows foreclosure filings across the nation dropped in June.

They're down 14% from the previous month and down 35% from a year ago.

Nearly 128,0000 properties in the U.S. had foreclosure filings in June.

That's the lowest monthly level in more than six years, but some state's are bucking the trend.

Florida has the nation's highest foreclosure rate.

Filings there are up more than 10% from a year ago.
