Foreclosures again rising in El Paso County

Foreclosure filings in El Paso County had slowed-down in September and October, but the downward trend reversed in November. The county is again seeing 24 new filings each day.
El Paso County has already broken a record for the number of foreclosures in a year, for the third straight year, and is on pace to have 5,000 foreclosures this year.
About 60% of foreclosure starts result in a sale and deed.
