From Spain, Italy, the Middle East and even California come olive oil options for those with discriminating tastes. The Olive Tap in Manitou Springs has made pleasing the palate a business.

Owner Rick Petrocelly has made the place a tasting emporium. How about, "A lemon and pomegranate or an orange and tangerine or a Tuscan herb oil and a Sicilian lemon white balsamic." Tastes and smells from around the world in a little shop that encourages you to try before you buy.
