Five arrested after argument escalates

COLORADO SPRINGS - Colorado Springs arrested five people on the east side after an argument quickly escalated.

It happened Friday afternoon near Rushkin Dr. and Airport Road.

According to police, a verbal argument between neighbors led to some serious property damage when a rock was thrown through a window.

Five individuals were arrested on misdemeanor charges to include three adults (Disorderly Conduct), one juvenile (Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief) and one other juvenile for an unrelated shoplifting summons.

The adult suspects were 42-year-old Tora Young, 24-year-old Joshua Young, and 18-year-old Katelyn Lane.

Three of the five individuals arrested are gang members.
