When it comes to New Year's resolutions, working out and losing weight are old standbys.
But how do you make these resolutions stick?
"Accountability is a huge thing," said Jeff Cogell, a coach at Orangetheory Fitness.
Cogell suggests finding a buddy who will help motivate you to work out, even when you feel like skipping a day.
When you start out, don't expect to see results immediately, he said. They're more likely to show up two to four weeks into your new routine, in the form of extra energy, weight loss and clothes that seem looser.
