The world is getting a glimpse of the teen girls, kidnapped and taken hostage by terrorists in Nigeria.
In the video, you can see the girls are no longer in their school clothing, but are forced to wear garb preferred by their captors, their heads and bodies covered.
The video shows about 100 girls believed to be among the nearly 300 kidnapped a month ago.
Tonight, the White House says U.S. intelligence experts are "combing over every detail" of that video recording from the Nigerian terrorist network Boko Haram.
White House spokesman Jay Carney says administration officials have seen the video and "have no reason to question its authenticity."
Leader Abubakar Shekau cradles an assault rifle in the video received Monday and says: "I swear to almighty Allah you will not see them again until you release our people that you have captured."
The video also shows the schoolgirls, most of them Christian, reciting the Koran. Shekau says they have been converted to Islam.
It is not known how many suspected Boko Haram members are detained by security forces.
