The Colorado Division of Fire Safety has launched an investigation into testing of firefighters after possible problems were found.
The tests allow certification of firefighters in Colorado.
An investigation found a testing proctor may have given copies of tests in advance to firefighters attempting to be certified.
DFS believes the number of firefighters who were given advance copies to be no greater than 100. Candidates from multiple jurisdictions may have received copies of the tests over the last three years, according to the Division of Fire Safety.
Firefighter testing has been suspended while new tests are developed.
