Fire truck involved in accident

A Colorado Springs Fire Truck was involved in an accident on Saturday while responding to a medical emergency.
Fire Engine 9 was hit by an SUV at the intersection of Chestnut and Fillmore. The truck had its lights and siren operating.
Three firefighters received medical treatment, but no one was seriously hurt.
The Fire Departments asks drivers to be aware of emergency vehicles at all times.
