STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - A wildfire near Steamboat Springs has destroyed about 300 acres.

Routt County Sheriff Garrett Wiggins says the fire started when ranch workers lost control of an agricultural burn intended to clean out ditches.

According to Steamboat Today, firefighters are worried that weather conditions will get worse on Wednesday and they want to get the fire under control.
