Colorado Springs Fire officials believe a fire in an abandoned building downtown Sunday morning was started by transients. They tell us this is the time of year people start searching for shelter and setting fires either for heat or to cook. Someone saw smoke coming from the roof of the building and called. No injuries have been reported. The building is set to be demolished, so the fire department says it will not be considered a loss or investigated. We will have more on this later today. -Lacey Steele
