Fire Department discovers a crime scene after extinguishing a fire

Investigators from the Colorado Springs Police and Fire Departments are piecing together information to what appears to be a homicide at the Chief Motel, located at 1624 S. Nevada Ave.
Initially fire crews were called to the scene on a report of a structure fire. When crews arrived they found an unidentified deceased male.
