Thursday will be a similar day compared to Wednesday, but the fire danger will be a bit lower. For the first time since the Waldo Canon fire started there is not a red flag warning in effect. The overall wind pattern today will be lighter, but gusty outflow winds are possible later in the day as thunderstorms develop and then fall apart. Very little change is expected from day to day over the next 7 days.
Thursday forecast:
Colorado Springs: Areas of smoke, more afternoon clouds with a 20% chance for a storm, high 95
