Fire ban in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs is on a complete fire ban effective today at noon.
This is a ban, not a restriction.
Welding, blasting and torches allowed only by permit.
No bonfires
No model rockets
No open or prescribed fires
No recreational fires
No outdoor cooking and burning on public lands
Smoking materials must be disposed of in a non-combustible container.
Private outdoor cooking is allowed
