Federal judge allows Colorado death sentence to stand

U.S. District Judge John Kane has ruled in favor of the state of Colorado in a habeas corpus case filed by convicted murderer Nathan Dunlap.
Dunlap was convicted of shooting five people inside a Chuck E. Cheese pizza restaurant in Aurora in 1993. He had earlier been fired from that restaurant. The manager and four employees died, one of them survived.
The ruling upholds Dunlap's death sentence.
