Father of two dragged to his death

We're learning more about Allen Rose, the local tow truck driver killed Wednesday. He was dragged by an SUV in Colorado Springs for more than a mile. Police say he was hooking the vehicle up to be towed when a woman got in and drove away.

Rose was the co-owner of J & J Towing. He was 35 years old, a married father of two.
