Family dog rescued after staying on cliff for two days

A Colorado family's golden retriever, named Sachmo, is recovering Monday morning after falling down the side of a cliff in Creede.
Emergency rescue crews were able to rescue him after he slipped and landed on a rock ledge. Sachmo's owner says that the family dog loves to chase animals, which may have been the reason Sachmo ended up on the side of the cliff.
Sachmo was stuck for two days before crews were able to strap a harness to him and lift him to safety. Crews said that he was thirsty and scared, but not seriously injured.
