Familiar faces join calf sorting competition

They're the horsemen generally associated with promoting the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo but on Sunday afternoon the Pike Peak Range Riders Association held a charity event to help children in our agricultural communities.

A celebrity calf sorting competition was held at the Latigo equestrian center in Black Forest. The Range Riders operate the center and generally give free access to local 4H and agricultural groups.

They hold event such as Sunday's competition to help cover the costs. Joining the group on horseback were novice riders Carolyn Carver and Andy Koen from News First Today Weekends.
