LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Amath M'Baye scored a career-high 27 points and Adam Waddell blocked the potential game-winning shot at the buzzer, helping Wyoming hold off Air Force 63-61 in men's basketball on Wednesday night.

Francisco Cruz added 14 for the Cowboys (10-17, 3-10 Mountain West). Tom Fow had 12 and Michael Lyons 11 for Air Force (13-13, 4-9) which shot only 22 percent (4 of 18) from beyond the arc.

Wyoming took a 43-31 lead on M'Baye's three-point play with 13:35 to go, but Air Force fought back. Todd Fletcher drilled a shot from the left corner with 4.6 seconds to play, which, after a lengthy review, was ruled a 2-pointer, leaving the Falcons down 62-61.

M'Baye then sank 1 of 2 foul shots with 4.2 seconds left. Air Force quickly got the ball to Zach Bohannon, but his 3-pointer from the left angle was swatted away by Waddell at the horn.
