WASHINGTON (AP) - The head of the Federal Aviation Administration says the agency is changing work schedules to avoid fatigue among air traffic controllers. The move comes after another incident of a controller falling asleep. The latest was early yesterday morning at a busy regional radar facility in Miami. A preliminary review indicates the controller did not miss any calls from aircraft.
