Exercise could help teen smokers

Getting more exercise could help teen smokers light up less often.

Researchers tracked over 200 teens who either exercised or didn't.

Those who increased the number of days they got just 20 minutes of exercise were able to significantly cut back on their smoking, and those who got even more activity were more likely to quit altogether.
