One iPad for every four kids in El Paso County.
That's the goal of the Neumann Educational Foundation. On Thursday morning, the foundation donated 14 iPads to Bates Elementary School in Colorado Springs. Over the next five years, NEF plans to provide iPad learning access to all 51,000 elementary school students in El Paso County.
The estimated cost of the technological advancements will be $3.3 million each year.
