Essex Ln.: mother's death suicide; kids' deaths homicide

We have new information on the deaths of three people on Essex Lane in Colorado Springs.
Rene Ogden was found dead in the home, along with her 13-year-old twin children Chase and Olivia. Rene's body was discovered by the kids' father Tommy Ogden. When police arrived, they found the two children.
Autopsies have been completed on all three victims. The El Paso County Coroner's Office says all three died from a gunshot wound to the head. The teens' deaths were ruled homicides; the mother's suicide. Investigators are NOT calling this a murder-suicide at this time.
Chase and Olivia's deaths are the 20th and 21st homicides in Colorado Springs, this year. There were 17 at this time, last year.
