ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) - Having won both the Denver Broncos' starting quarterback job and the AFC West title by default, Tim Tebow heads into his first playoff game mired in the worst slump of his life, his image battered and his confidence crumbling.
Or so it seems.
Even though the results and his body language on the football field suggest otherwise, Tebow insists he's not shaken as he prepares for the Pittsburgh Steelers' visit Sunday, and Broncos boss John Elway said Tebow has an edge about him this week.
After watching him pile up comeback after improbable comeback, opponents have solved the unorthodox quarterback, hemming him in the pocket with disciplined defense and daring him to beat them with his erratic left arm.
The result is the first three-game losing streak of his career.
