Eleven Mile drowning victim identified

The Park County Coroner has identified the man who drowned in Eleven Mile Reservoir over the weekend. The body of Clifford Carrano, 49, was pulled from the reservoir Sunday night. The coroner ruled the death a drowning.
Witnesses say Carrano was sitting on the shore of the reservoir when his boat drifted off. He swam after the boat, and went under.
Kevin Tobey, Park Manager, says the water is extremely cold and unfit for swimming. The cold cramps muscles quickly, making swimming impossible.
