Electronic billing starts Friday at Colorado Springs Utilities

Beginning Friday, June 18, Colorado Springs Utilities customers will be able to opt out of receiving paper bills in favor of a monthly email notification.
Once a customer is registered for online account management, they can sign up for e-Billing by clicking the "update personal information" link and selecting the e-Billing box.
Colorado Springs Utilities' online account management enables customers to view their account balance, see a history of bills and payments, download past bills, and request payment extensions.
