Elderly Colorado Springs woman sexually assaulted, grabs gun to defend herself

CSPD say a 71-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in her home Thursday night.
She said she was watching TV when she saw a man looking through her bedroom window. She grabbed her handgun to defend herself. She said he attacked her before she could fire her gun.
Detectives say the suspect is a black male, approximately 6 ft. tall, and 25 years-old.
Police say the suspect told her she was homeless and stole her comforter before he left.
