Months later, El Paso County murder victim identified

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is looking for justice for a man found murdered back in September.
Fransisco Javier Ochoa-Felix, 33, was last seen in May. On September 18, his body was found off Highway 115 by the property owner. It took DNA testing to identify Ochoa-Felix's remains.
