DURANGO, Colo. (AP) - How would you pronounce Goeglein? Google lien? Go egg line?
It's pronounced, GIG-line. Durango officials are considering changing the confusing name of Goeglein Gulch Road that runs east of Fort Lewis College to College Drive. Not everybody is on board.

Durango Hometown Hostel owner Candace Lemon told the Durango Herald that she believes the time has passed for changing the name and estimates the change would cost her between $1,000 to $2,000 in new business signs.

City officials say the name is believed to be of German origin and likely came from John Goeglein, who settled in the area with his wife, Barbara.
