It'll be a dry but breezy day today with mostly to partly sunny skies overhead. Winds will be out of the west-northwest sustained between 15 and 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph at times along the Hwy 50 corridor. Temperatures will top out closer to average for this time of year with highs in the 50s for the Springs and 60s for Pueblo.
Expect more clouds than sunshine for the first half of the workweek. The Pikes Peak region and the Palmer Divide may see a few isolated rain or snow showers Monday and Tuesday as a system organizes to our west. That system will move through the region Wednesday bringing a better shot of preciptiation (mainly snow) to the rest of Southern Colorado.
Highs will drop from the 50s/60s for the start of the week into the 30s/40s for the middle of the week. Temperatures look to rebound back into the 50s/60s just in time for next weekend.
