Driver crashes into home in Pueblo

A truck ran in to a house at 22nd and West St. on the north side of Pueblo. It happened about 9 p.m. Wednesday night.
Pueblo police say the driver of the truck is suspected of driving drunk. Officers say he hopped the curb and drove for about a block on the sidewalk, taking out landscaping and narrowly missing cars before landing on the front porch of the home.
The suspect has been taken to the hospital as a precaution.
The incident drew a large crowd of neighbors. Thankfully, the family that was living in the home had moved out about a week ago.
