Dozens apply for new call center jobs in Pueblo

There's still time to apply for a new job at a call center in Pueblo. On Monday, Convergys held a recruitment fair to hire more than 300 full-time and part-time workers. Before noon, more than 100 people showed up to apply for a position.
Convergys says the jobs are entry level positions, that will specialize in selling vacations. "There's an incentive pay that's added on to your base salary," said Ray Mason, Convergys Director of Operations. "It's based on how well you perform, meaning if you do a good job of planning and selling these vacations then you're going to make a lot of additional money," he added.
If you didn't make it to the recruitment fair, there's still time to apply online.
Also, walk-in applications will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Convergys is located at 1228 E. Orman Ave. in Pueblo.
