Over one hundred kids are a little happier this christmas.

The non profit Families Helping Families organized a gift donation and give away for families they found through Los Pobres organization.

Today was the Christmas Party where Santa handed out the gifts, and families got a chance to eat pizza and listen to music.

"Who knows, next year I could be needing some help," said Jason Crowe, Board President of Families Helping Families in Pueblo. "We never know, so if we do have a little bit of help, if we can help out either monetarily or just do a little work, I think it's all our duty to do that and help each other out."

Families Helping Families is grateful to Centennial High School and their student government for all of their help.

Each family also went home with a complete turkey dinner to celebrate with later.
