Domestic violence call forces police to close Dublin Blvd.

Colorado Springs Police have reopened Dublin after a domestic violence call had it closed.

Police tell News 5 the were called to a home on the 3000 block of Dublin just after 7:15 tonight.

They tell us they found the man gathering ammunition in his basement. At the time, they did not find a gun near him. Officers did respond to a domestic violence call at the same home on Tuesday. They found a gun then.

Officers were able to get the woman and three children out of the home, then surrounded the house.

Police found the man in the back of the house near a shed. An ambulance was called, and he was taken to the hospital. It was unclear if the man overdosed, or if he was suffering from the cold.

The man is expected to be ok. No known charges have been filed.
