More and more Americans are looking for stress relief through the internet.
According to a survey from Aetna called "What's Your Healthy," 33% of Americans surf the internet to relax.
That beats out spending time with family and friends and exercising.
Of those surveyed, 42% also said they turn to health and wellness websites as a health resource.
Moms are also online in hopes of relieving stress.
Out of all moms surveyed, 34% say that connecting with others on social media sites has a positive impact on their overall health and wellness, compared with 24% of dads.
