About ten more marijuana dispensaries in Colorado are being forced to shut down. This is the third wave of letters sent out by the federal government. They have many dispensary owners fearful for what will come next. One dispensary owner in Colorado Springs says he was able to move his business a few miles away, but he lost patients and tens of thousands of dollars paying for renovations and a new lease.
"Every single thing that took us about a year-and-a-half, probably two years to do compliantly, over time we had to do in about 50 days," he told News5. The business owner says it's been three months since they moved. Though they're recovering from their losses, they know they have a long battle ahead.
