DHS continues move this weekend

The El Paso County Department of Human Services will finish its move to the Citizens Service Center at 1675 Garden of the Gods Road starting tomorrow and over the weekend. Tomorrow all DHS offices will close at 2 p.m. Offices will open Monday at 1 p.m. at the new location.
The schedule is as follows:
- All DHS offices will be located on the third floor of the Garden of the Gods Road facility
- DHS clients are advised to use the free covered parking and enter the building through the west doors which are the closest to the parking garage.
- The garage is equipped with elevators which exit ground level just a few steps away from the west entrance doors.
- Greeters will be stationed at the west entrance doors to provide direction and assistance.
- Due to ongoing construction on the first and second floors of the building there is no visitor access from the driveway through the east doors.
- Handicap parking places are marked in the parking structure and along the driveway on the north side of the building.
