Detectives following leads in Monument death

El Paso County Detectives are looking for two people who used to live in a rental home where a girls body was found one week ago today.
Monique Lynch and Hanif Sims are former tenants of the home on Century Place. Last Friday, construction crews found a body in the crawl space of the home while making repairs. The Coroner says she was between the ages of 7 and 10. Initially, investigators thought the body was of a toddler.
Detectives have not been able to locate Lynch and Sims. The pair are wanted in New Jersey on warrants. Lynch on a probation violation for dangerous drugs. Sims on a weapons violation.
