Deputies searching for shooting suspect

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man they say shot someone else in the leg.
The shooting happened yesterday afternoon on Ericson Drive, near Fort Carson. Deputies say two men were arguing when one pulled a gun and fired three shots. The victim was hit once in the leg.
The suspect has been identified as 19 year old Matthew Aldaz, there's now a warrant out for his arrest, for charges of attempted first degree murder and reckless endangerment.
