Denver Homicide Investigation

DENVER - Both the Denver Police and Fire department are investigating a fire at a bar. Five people were found dead inside, four women and one man, and police are treating this as an arson and homicide case. It happened overnight at Fero's Bar and Grill on Colorado Blvd. Police tell our news partners, KUSA, the victims had trauma to their bodies. More information is expected soon - we'll update you once we know more.

UPDATE: Denver Police Chief Robert White says "the exact nature of the trauma is unclear" but they do know the victims did not perish in the fire. They also believe the fire was set to hide the homicide inside.
