Delays expected on I-25 between Colorado Springs and Pueblo

Northbound drivers between Pueblo and Colorado Springs should expect delays for the next month as five bridges are replaced.
The work starts near the Pikes Peak International Speedway and runs north to Fountain. Northbound traffic is reduced to one lane for 1.5 miles and the speed limit is reduced to 50 miles an hour.
To accelerate construction and reduce the project's time frame, crews are working 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Work began to replace the structures in mid-June. The project is scheduled for completion in August 2012.
